hello list, okay, so while my engine is out I thought I'd glace at the bellhousing contents. There is a circular component over the input shaft and attachd to the lever/fork from the slave cylinder. Is this the throwout bearing? I ask because mine does not spin. Should it spin? It looks like a thrust bearing... I never heard any bad noises or felt any problems that obviously arose from there. It looks tricky to remove. Andy |
