The 1098 engine uses a "closed" (non breathable) oil cap. The early 1275 uses a "open" oil cap. When I look at the two designs for PVC control they look identical. I get considerable less oil escaping when I use the closed oil cap on the 1275. Any comments? Regards John Gronberg Siemens Building Technologies, Inc.
