Check the recent issue of "British Car". They have a short little
article on the TR7/TR8 (mostly the TR8). It says mostly that the 79-80
is the best (and last) year. Early models apparently suffered many
quality problems (noooo!!) due to labor strife. The 7s aren't worth much
but can be a fun car. Personally, I think the TR8 is a great alternative
to a Tiger. At least power wise. Just my .02

Subject: Looking for feedback
Hi
I have mentioned a couple of times that I am going to
look at a TR7 - and I
know I haven't seen Triumph stuff on the list (and I
know it "ain't a
spridget") but wondering whether to let you all know if
I get it, etc.
Is there a Triumph list out there, if I need it?? <G>
Even tho I am looking at this (free) TR7 the Midget has
seniority! :-)
Thanks.
Peggy.
