A quick question,-------When I refer to right hand threads on a nut or bolt, I mean that it tightens by turning clockwise.Left hand threads would tighten by turning counter clockwise. Is this everyones understanding also? If this is the case, then my wire wheel knockoffs are right handed on the left hand side of the car, (viewed from driver's seat) and left handed on the right hand side of the car. Next question. Are the axle nuts "handed" too? |
