Has anyone ever run across printed torque specifications for the rear
suspension on semi-elliptic cars?
We are currently in the middle of replacing rear springs and shocks on our
Sprite MKIV and neither "Haynes" nor "Bentley" references torque values for
things like u-bolts, shackles or shock absorber links.
While I am aware that we can "fake-it" with a generic bolt size torque
chart, the parts bolted to/with rubber bushings and such have me
wondering...so once again...let's ask the list!
As always...any and all help is appreciated.
