I wasted a lot of time looking on the net for this info - call AAA and get 
their "Pet Book".  It lists virtually every place that allowed pets and what 
the reqmts and fees are.  We spent 4 weeks in transit and up here in Illinois 
with Simba the 105 lb. LBC-part eating Lab.  The book was invaluable.
