Help! No brake pedal.

I missed my opportunity to get the Midget into storage before the big 
storm hit here, so she got snowed in.  Now that things have thawed a 
bit, I was out digging her out, started up fine--but no brake pedal.  
What could have happened?  Had great brakes before.  Any one have 
similar experience or have some idea what I should do?
