Agreed on the review. 

www.barnesandnoble.com has it on sale for $5 lower than Amazon.  As a B&N
browsing junkie at the local mega-store (which I hate for running all the
mom & pops out of business here, but I now have nowhere else to go), they
will order stuff at the store for the website price without you having to
pay shipping.  You have to go pick it up, of course, but if you're there
anyway...   I hope the author gets paid the same whether it's sale price or
full price.
