Has anyone fitted an MGB alternator to a 1500 Midget ?? It looks like it fits
up except for the pully size (MGB is bigger). Also... I had to cut the
alternator bolt off due to the fact that I didnt want to remove the radiator.
Was this previously put in that way by a PO ?? or engineered that way ??
Im removing the airpump bracket while I'm at it but the oil filter adapter is
in the way. What size nut (bigger than 1") is on the housing??
Anyone have a used starter while Im at it ??
