Paul,
before you jump to conclusions, test your gauge on you other Sprite or
test the Bugeye with a different gauge. These gauges vary a lot sometimes
and are mainly used to check the difference in reading between the
cyclinders.

Wow, sounds like a good idea. Do you have more details? Were any more
improvements made to the kit (different slave cylinder? :-)
