I remember in the mid 70s running around at UMass in Amherst Massachusetts
in a light snow in my Spitfire with the top down around campus.  You do
weird thing when you're young...

p.s.  I also remember doing a 180 on Rte 2 driving to Amherst on an icy day
staring directly at oncoming traffic.  I think that was the day I realized
running a winter car might not be all that bad an idea...
