Bugeye hardtop

An easy question for some of you.
What is a Bugeye hardtop worth?
I got a call out of the blue the other day from someone wanting to sell a
hardtop for a Bugeye.  He says it's been sitting in his mother's attic for the
past twenty-five years and it's time to get rid of it.  He's open to an offer.
Obviously I don't want to overpay but I also don't want to insult the man.
I havn't seen it yet, so I don't know what condition it is in.  
Any suggested price ranges would be appreciated.
