Frank, Tried your brake shoe spring assembly suggestions and was able to duplicate them. Did notice that the new "Lockheed" wheel cylinders seem to float once brakes are assembled. Groove on the neck of the cylinder for the circlip/ washer assembly does not hold the cylinder tight to the backing plate. The roll pin keeps it from moving fore or aft, but the cylinder will move in and out with hand brake application. Is this normal? Thanks for your help, Bill |
