I haven't tried that kit, but"Power Tuning the Spridget" has photos of
several breathers that you can use, one is a tapped hole at the fuel pump
boss lead to a filter system. Also breathers tapped into the valve
cover.

The DPO in my case put a belt drive timing cover on with NO breather.
WHen I got it there was no venting and it leaked everywhere!! I actually
disassembled the oil cap and opened up a series of slots around the edge
and reassembled. Right now that is all the breather I have got and it
leaks very little. I do plan to vent the crankcase thru the fuel pump
boss when the engine comes out next. I figure with the pan off I can
drill and tap (and clean up all the swarf) with tearing up too much of
the engine.

Crank case ventilation appears to be CRITICAL!

ALSO, has anyone else seen, used, had +/- experiences with the belt
drive? I have one and need to seriously think of changing the belt as I
have no idea how old it is (at least 5 years maybe 10)
