facia mounting

Hi everyone,
I saw a string on this about a month ago, but don't remember exactly what it
said. I also have 2 brackets that go on the facia, except I don't know
exactly where, since after all the bodywork there are no screwholes or other
little handy things to help me figure this out. Can anybody help? Thanks,
