Matt:
Two of the set bolts screw into the rear tranny support vertically from the
bottom of the car.  They are located just to the rear of the cutout for the
tranny in the bellypan.    The other two bolts go horizontally into the
sides of the transmission tunnel inside the cockpit, just below and in
front of the gearshift, one on each side.

It is possible, though difficult, to remove the upper slave cylinder
mounting bolt with the gearbox in the car.   I forget whether I finally got
it with a box end or open end wrench, but I did get it out and put it back
without disconnecting the hydraulic line.  Good luck.
