Ulix,
this is how you can tell a MkIII hardtop from a MkIV one!
The MkIV bodyshell has no rear brackets and is raised so a lower
profile rear hardtop seal is needed.

Aftermarket hardtops that have no rear aligning brackets are
for MkIV Sprites, there would be no problem fitting them
to MkIII cars if they had a "thick" (higher profile) rear seal.

That's my problem: Moss don't sell the correct seals (door, rear)
and seal retainers for MkIII hardtops anymore.

These parts are (taken from the BMC Body Service Parts List):

a. Door seals: 37H1389 or 27H6402 or 17H9269
b. Rear seal (hardtop to *FLAT* MkIII body): AHA7391
c. Rear Seal retainers: AHA7853 (right half), AHA7854 (left half)

If anyone knows where I can find these, please let me know as
the noise of the whistling wind entering through the gaps drives
me crazy at speeds above 30 mph!
