I wouldn't pay more than parts car dollars (under $500). Do they run?
Every rubber part will need to be replaced, things could be rusted
together (clutch, brakes, engine...). They may be restorable, but you
have to weigh the cost of restoration against the price of the car. I
mean, you don't want to pay $2000 for a car, and then sink $6000 into
restoring it, when you can buy a real nice one for $5000. OTOH, if you
can settle on a couple hundred bucks, even if they never run and are not
restorable, the used parts would be worth it.
