Bill, Daniel, Thanks for the suggestion. I will look on the pistons once I remove the water, debris, sediment from them. They are of the dished variety...is that even correct for a 73 (it's a 12V something)? This is the engine I mentioned that I will store for a while. It turns over easily, but has water in it.
