Paint sequence

I would like to know what paints I need to BRUSH on to the INTERIOR of my
restoration Spridget.  The old paint will have been ground or shotblasted
away, but there may be some slight surface rust left in places (I am not a
fanatic).

What coat goes on first, then second, then.  .  .?  I would like to buy
these paints easily (locally, no mail order).  The interior really does not
need the beauty treatment that will go outside, I feel.  I will, however,
match closely the color.
