Typically a parts manual lists every part on a particular car and shows an
exploded view of everything. They give the original manufacture's part number
(useful for cross-reference with other cars) and are very good for seeing all
of the parts that are supposed to be there. Much better than any workshop
manual in this respect but useless for trying to fix something. I doubt that
you would find a parts manual that covers more than one car.
