[Spits] Team.Net issues

Those of you who also subscribe to triumphs at autox.team.net
may have noticed no Triumph list mail lately.  I am aware of the
problem, and trying to resolve it.  At least some  of the more
popular lists are working.

As well as http://www.team.net/forums, maybe folks will work
on getting the TR fix there for the time being while I wrestle with
the mail list software.
