Where's the leak showing up? At the master cylinder or the slave cylinder?
I put one of the seals in backwards in the master cylinder 8 years ago and
all of the fluid drained out onto the floor boards.

Subject: [Spits] clutch cylinder leak
What would cause the clutch cylinder (next to the brake cylinder on the
bulkhead) on a '77 Spitfire to occasionally empty itself of fluid? That is,
it will be just fine for months, then all of a sudden leak until empty -
usually overnight
Thanks all
