There is an article in today's UK AutoExpress magazine which summarises a
survey of 2000 motorists.
42% admit to an 'amorous' encounter when parked up in a country lane, 30% in
a forest, 26% in a lay-by, 19% in a public car park and 4% in a traffic jam!
2% admit to a quickie in an automatic car-wash.
The article goes on to describe cars that "endow the greatest sex appeal on
their owners" - Jaguar E and XK (45%), Porsche 911 (39%), Rolls-Royce (16%)
and...wait for it...Triumph Spitfire 12%!
Many years ago the advertising strapline for the Midget was "You can do it
in an MG" - no mention of them in the article!
