Rear Spring Identification

Hi all,



Im not sure what my rear spring is - is there an obvious way of 
identifying if its a fixed spring or a swing spring?

It's a mk3 - but oddly has a later 4 stud spring box - so Im hoping it 
has the swing spring too!
