Body mounts

After purchasing a new body mounting kit from Rimmer Brothers about two
years ago, I'm finally in a position to use it.  It came with four rubber
disc/washers.  Could someone shed some light on where (from the factory) the
aluminum spacers and rubber washers were placed?  Naturally, when I was
tearing everything apart, I thought I would clearly remember their relative
positions.
