That can be forced against the A-Arm itself, an old valve tappet or
Similar that is slightly smaller than the bushing, and a vise
With wide enough jaws to put the three together. The vise will
Press the tappet against the bushing, and the pipe allows the
Bushing to be pressed out, while holding the A-Arm in place.
