It's not the cheapest option ($125) but performance fiberglass has a "Gt6 bubble" for 1500s, if you really feel enthusiastic about doing some body work and filling. I think the other's ideas of using the bubble out of a rusted out gt6 is the best plan. Certainly more durable and rigid. But probably more work (cutting out 2 bonnets instead of just a hole in one) and more costly unless you're really good at welding sheet metal, sanding and filling. -Terry |
