It doesn't really look like one to me.  The rear seat is way to close to 
the back of the car.  The windshield looks larger, and no smoker 
windows.  The passenger side side view mirror looks out of place if was 
a Herald too.  The front looks different as well.  It almost looks like 
some kind of VW or Ford Pinto made into a convertible!  Thats my $0.02
