Just discovered a new-ish website - http://www.drivearchive.com

It's kind of like an automotive "Friends Reunited" - people put in the
details of cars they own or used to own, and as the database builds people
will be able to find out what happened to cars they used to own, or who used
to own the car they now own.

It's aimed at the UK market, although it should be possible for those
outside the UK to use as well. Problem is, it tracks cars using their
number-plate, which doesn't really allow for the US/Canada system of the
plate changing every time a cars owner changes.

There's only 9,977 cars on there right now (including 5 of mine!), so the
chances are probably low of finding details for a particular car, but I
guess that the more people enter the better the site will get.
Nevertheless, Triumph is the 4th most represented marque (501 entries, to
332 for MG in 8th!).

Feel free to join...
