I cheated on mine- There is a product available which is a two part pour
epoxy which you mix, pour on the item being coated, and it smoothes itself
nice and level(unless you screw it up yourself...lol- ask me how I know
that!!!)
Looks Great!(except for what I messed up)
I'll post the name of the stuff after I find where I put it. Any local
hardware store should be able to get it, about $18.00
