What to replace on my new engine?

I need to get my act together regarding this engine and gearbox that I
am hopefully going to put in to my car. I am thinking that I should
really buy some for when I fit it. Replace gaskets etc... but what do
you all suggest I get? The gearbox is separate from the engine at the
moment.

Stuff I have got - new spark plugs, ignition leads.

Stuff Ive already thought of: oil filter
