Spitfire Database Monthly Update-9000 milestone achieved

Hey Spitfire Pilots!  Another monthly update has been accomplished.  I 
intentionally waited until I got the 9000th data entry sheet before I did the
upload.  I was so close that I hated to do the update until the 9K number was 
accomplished!
