Subject: Re: Replacing rubber engine mounts
Replacing the mounts is a trivial job. Just block up the oil pan
underneath with a good piece of wood and then use your floor jack to lift
the engine's weight off the mounts. You only need to lift it a tiny amount
to do one side at a time. The engine and transmission are held in place by
very little- two mounts up front and a pair in the back under the
transmission. It's a nothing job.
Good luck!
