Not sure where you live Kristi, but here in Ohio - where we have some very
harsh conditions for roads. They are in pretty good repair, flat, and
smooth. They spend so much time developing the roads, the new Ohio state
flower is the Orange traffic barrel. :) Can't really say they waste the tax
money dedicated to roads. But I am sure I can find many other places they
waste it.
