Long time lurker here. I, unfortunatly, find the need to sell of my spit.
I purchased it in pretty bad shape (it was in an accident). I started the
process of repairing and replacing. In the middle of this, the company I
worked for shut down. My best prospect was to go into business for myself.
It has been very promising. But, I need my garage for work storage and must
unload my little project. I have many body pannels and various parts that
are included with the car (it's all gotta go). Including a pair of GT6
doors. I was planning on using the side windows on the Spit. Here are the
Stats:
1977 Spitfire 1500
Stromberg Carb (installed)
Weber Downdraft
Overdrive
Hard Top & Soft Top Frame (needs new cover)
Roll Bar
Damage to passengerr side (most of right side has been cut off waiting for
replacement pannels to be installed)
Someone with some time and skill could finish this project or use it as a
parts car.
Would like $500 but will except offers. Car is located in Arlington, Texas
(between Dallas-Ft Worth).
