WD40 and brute force, I should think. If that doesn't work (and I know
that these things can rust solid very easily), you could always grind
off the weld-nuts on the underside, and just lift the seat out. I
think a DPO did this with my car, as there are no weld-nuts left, and
the seats are held down with bolts and ordinary nuts.
