My understanding of crankcase pressure is that you
don't need a bottom end breather unless you remove the
fuel pump and replace it with an electric pump and
block-off plate. 

In such a case as you have a block-off plate, you
should machine a hole in the plate and weld a bent
tube to bring the outlet upto the height of the top of
the head and cap it with a small breather filter.
