Installing new Intake/Exhaust Manifold

Hi,

I just got the Pacesetter/Monza freeflow setup for my '70 Mk3 -- can anyone 
tell me, is it necessary to use any sort of gasket sealant on the combination 
intake/exhaust manifold gasket that goes between the block and manifolds?
