ZS carbs too rich

Hi all,

Well, it seems that the ZS' on the GT6 engine are running too rich, black
exaust when first starting and always the smell of fuel out the tailpipe. I
missed any advice on this when this thread went by, but does someone have
instructions or a method to lean out the mixture?
