can anybody tell me where i can get wax-oil product in canada or an
equivalent product?

Bob, I bought some stuff in a spray can from Lordco which is a parts
supplier on the West Coast. It was a large can for $13. I can't tell you
the brand name as I am moving and it's all packed up.
