The Highway Patrol Vin specialist just called and knew about Spitfires. He 
said the two zeros were just fillers that DMV puts in and that he did not 
want to issue a new vin because it would kill my authenticity on the car. He 
said I would have to bring it by so he could see the car though. Cool!
