Clutch Slave/Master cylinder problem!

Upon removing the slave cylinder, I discovered that one of the bolt flanges
on the cylinder boss was broken in two pieces.  It seems that no one carries
this part anymore, TRF, Vic/Brit or Moss.

Does anyone have any suggestions on other parts suppliers, or maybe a spare
they'd be willing to sell?
