Bill,

Sorry to hear it.  I was afraid that was the case.  Ted Schumacher may have
a block.  If you were willing,  I'd let him do all the machine and assembly
work on the block, and ship it to you complete.  He's reasonable,  and the
best there is. His # is 419-384-3022.  TS Imports.  I think he's in Ohio.

Well the diagnosis is complete.  Frank, the '74, needs a new heart.
Dropping
the thrust washer toasted the block.  So, does anyone have an intact 1500
block they want to part with, reasonably.  I'd prefer in the upper midwest
(I'm in Minneapolis) but will consider others.

Next time I pin the thrust washers!
