It's not my photograph - it's a scan of the front of a 1974 sales brochure.
While I don't own the copyright to the photograph, I do own the copyright
to this scan, including the unique (and might I add artistic ;-) scanning
error, which shows up in exactly the same place in the .jpg picture on
supercars.net.

That is even worse. That is both breach of copyright and misrepresentation.
