WTB: alum. wheels for Spit

I'd like to find one more of each of these wheels -

They're both 13 x 5-1/2, but differ in the center section (the one on
the left is raised) and the proximity of the slots to the rim (the one
on the right has slots closer to the rim).

I'd also like to buy a set of lugnuts for those wheels (square shoulder
- not conical - with shank that goes into the wheel).
