stromburg carb re build shops ??

any fellow spitfire owners have a recomendation, as far
as shops / induviduals that can do a "bang up job" on
rebuilding a single, stromberg, manual choke...for a 
79 spit?

I would like to get mine cleaned, rebuild and get the aprox
settings for high altitude...(boulder @ 5k ft)....
