You might try jacking the rear end up (make sure its secure on jack stands!)
and running it at the speed in question too. I've had tires from the mfr
that have been out of round before so if the problem goes away when you jack
it and the wheels are correctly balanced, it could be the tires. Try
swapping out your spare (you do have the spare right? Mine's flat.) for the
regular street tires one corner at a time until the problem goes away. If
it still bugs you, you have a mechanical problem that you should have looked
at. Replacing the universals is a good idea anyway though.

Don't overlook the possibility of a bent axle shaft or bent rim. If you
bang
into a curb can easily bend these. Perhaps the best way to check is have
someone
follow you and watch your rear tires. If they wobble, you have a either a
bent
shaft or a bent rim. If one is wobbling, switch the rims from side to side.
If
the wobble follows the rim, you have a bent rim. If it stays on the same
wheel,
you have a bent shaft.
