upside down steering wheel

You may remember I asked about steering wheels and which way the third 
spoke is supposed to point, up or down.  From that discussion, I concluded 
that my steering wheel was upside-down.

Well, I got the front end aligned today and, voila, the steering wheel is 
right side up.

What do you think of that?
