Assembly help needed. When putting the hub & axle back together, I'm about 3/8" shy of being able to get the nut on and marry the unit together. It's where the hub and outer driveshaft press together. Haynes says to put the nut on and tighten it down -- fat chance of that. I really don't want to whack on it, and the overall expanse is too great to use a puller. Do I have to take this to a machine shop with a press? Ed Hamilton |
